The DDFlow platform, including all software, design, text, graphics, and other content, is the property of DDFlow Inc. and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute any part of our service without explicit permission.
We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these Terms. You may also terminate your account at any time through your account settings. Upon termination, your right to use the service ceases immediately.
DDFlow is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, DDFlow shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues.
You agree to indemnify and hold DDFlow harmless from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses arising from your use of the service or violation of these Terms.
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will notify you of material changes by email or through the service. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts located in New York County, New York.
